ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن درجة توافر عناصر المدرسة المنتجة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الاردن في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة، ولتحقيق ذلك صممت الباحثة استبانة تكونت من (55) فقرة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة التي شملت ( 316) مديراّ. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن انخفاض درجة توافر عناصر المدرسة المنتجة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الاردن في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة في كل من المجال التشريعي، وصنع القرار، والمنهج المدرسي، والتمويل، والمدرسة دائمة التعليم، ودرجة متوسطة في المجال التنظيمي، والتنمية المهنية، وإنتاج وابتكار المعرفة، كما أظهرت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05)) في درجة توافر عناصر المدرسة المنتجة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في الأردن في ضوء متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة، باختلاف الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة.

The degree Availability of school produced in the public high schools in Jordan elements in the light of the knowledge economy requirements
Abstract
The paper aimed at investigating the degree of the Availability of productive schools characteristics among public secondary schools in Jordan in the light of the knowledge economy requirements. To achieve this aim, the researcher designed a 55- item questionnaire, and administered it on a sample of (316) managers. The result of the study showed that of the Availability of productive schools characteristics among public secondary schools in Jordan in the light of the knowledge economy requirements was low in Legislative field, decision-making, curriculum, finance, permanent education school; whereas it was medium in the regulatory field, professional development, production and innovation of knowledge, employing knowledge to align with the labor market, administrative empowerment, integration of technical education. The results also showed that there is no statistically significant differences (α =0.05) in the degree of of the Availability of productive schools characteristics among public secondary schools in Jordan, according to gender, educational qualification, and experience.
