ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى أخلاقيات العمل لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة النقب من وجهة نظر المعلمين وعلاقتها بمستوى السعادة لدى المعلمين، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وللإجابة عن أسئلتها تم استخدام المَنْهَج الوصفيّ المسحي الارتباطي، تكوّن مجتمّع الدّراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة النقب الذين على رأس عملهم خلال العام الدراسي (2020/2019) والبالغ عددهم (4000) معلم ومعلمة، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية بنسبة (%12) بلغ عددهم (475) معلماً ومعلمة، أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع لمستوى اخلاقيات العمل لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائي في منطقة النقب من وجهة نظر المعلمين، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى مرتفع لمستوى السعادة لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين أخلاقيات العمل لدى مديري المدارس الابتدائية في منطقة النقب مستوى سعادة المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم.

Work Ethics of Primary School Principals in the Negev Region and their Relationship to the Level of Teachers’ Happiness as Perceived by Teachers

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the level of work ethics of primary school principals in the Negev Region from teachers’ point of view, and their relationship to the level of happiness among teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study and to answer its questions, the correlational descriptive survey methodology was used. The study population consisted of all primary school teachers in the Negev Region included (4000) male and female teachers in (2019/2020) of which a sample of (475) teachers representing (12%) of the population was selected by the stratified random method. The results showed a high level of work ethic level of primary school principals, and a high level of happiness among teachers from their point of view. The results also showed a statistically significant relationship between the work ethics of primary school principals in the Negev Region and the level of teachers’ happiness from their point of view
