ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة التبادليّة لدى المُشرفين التّربويين في منطقة الشّمال داخل الخطّ الأخضر، وعلاقتها في تحقيق التّنمية المهنيّة المُستدامة للمعلّمين من وجهة نظرهم. استخدمت الدّراسة المنهج الوصفيّ المسحيّ الارتباطيّ، فقد تم تطوير أداة الدّراسة والمكونة من بعدين رئيسيين، وتمّ التأكّد من صدقها وثباتها. تكوّن مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع المعلّمين في المنطقة الشمالية داخل الخط الاخضر، وتكونت عينة الدّراسة من (516) مستجيبًا. وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التبادليّة لدى المُشرفين التّربويين جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت أن مستوى التّنمية المهنيّة المُستدامة للمعلّمين من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة كبيرة. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين درجة ممارسة القيادة التبادليّة لدى المشرفين التّربويّين ومستوى التّنمية المهنيّة المُستدامة للمعلّمين من وجهة نظرهم. وفي ضوء نتائج الدّراسة فقد أوصى الباحثان بضرورة الاستمرار في تطبيق القيادة التبادليّة والاستمرار في تعزيز المعلمين.

The Degree of Reciprocal Leadership Practice among Educational Supervisors in the North Region within the Green Line and their Relation to Achieving Sustainable Professional Development for Teachers from their Point of View

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the degree of reciprocal leadership practice of the educational supervisors in the North region within the Green Line and its relation to achieving the sustainable professional development of the teachers from their point of view. The study used the descriptive correlational methodology. The study tool composed of two main dimensions. The study population is composed of all teachers in the North region within the Green Line، where the sample was selected by simple random method consisted of (516) respondents. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing reciprocal leadership among the educational supervisors was high، and the level of sustainable professional development of the teachers was also high. The results also showed a positive correlation between the degree of reciprocal leadership and sustainable professional development. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended the need to continue to applying the leadership of reciprocity and continue to reinforce teachers.
