ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى معوقات المبادرات الرياضية، والعمل التطوعي من وجهة نظر طلبة جامعة اليرموك، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(192) طالباً وطالبةً، تم اختيارهم عشوائياً من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدمت الباحثتان الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة والمكونة من مجالين (دور الاسرة والأصدقاء، ومعوقات العمل التطوعي)، وأظهرت النتائج أن للأسرة والأصدقاء دوراً مهماً في المشاركة بالمبادرات الرياضية التطوعية لما لهم من دور في بناء الوطن، ودعم مسيرة التنمية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في كل من متغيرات السنة الدراسية، والجنس، والكلية، ولصالح الذكور بالسنة الدراسية الثانية بالكليات العلمية، وتوصي الباحثتان بزيادة تفعيل دور المدرسة. وإيجاد الحوافز لإنشاء المبادرات الرياضية.

Sport initiatives obstacles and volunteer work from the Viewpoint of Yarmouk University students

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the sports initiatives and volunteer work from the Viewpoint of Yarmouk University students. A descriptive methodology was used; the study sample consisted of 192 students who were chosen by a random sampling method from the study population. The researchers used a questionnaire, which consisted of two fields (the role of family and friends and volunteer work obstacles). The results showed that the parents and friends had an important role on volunteer work, which is building the society and supporting the development process. The results also showed statistically significant differences in the variables of the school year, sex, college and age benefit for males on the second year in scientific colleges. The researchers recommended the necessity of activating the role of the school and creating an establishment for sports initiatives.
