ملخص:
هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى تعرف درجة توافر معايير المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بدولة الإمارات العربيّة المتّحدة من وجهة نظر المديرين، والفروق التي تُعزى لمتغيّري الجّنس وسنوات الخبرة.
تكون مجتمع الدّراسة وعينتها من مديري المدارس الحكومية الثانوية والبالغ عددهم (180) مديرًا ومديرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة توافر معايير المنظمة المتعلمة في المدارس الحكوميّة الثانوية في دولة الإمارات العربيّة المتّحدة بدرجة عالية، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة تُعزى لمتغيّر الجّنس، باستثناء مجال تشجيع الحوار إذ كانت الفروق دالة إحصائياً ولصالح الإناث. بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة تُعزى لمتغيّر الخبرة، باستثناء المجال التنظيمي إذ كانت الفروق دالة إحصائياً ولصالح أصحاب الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات.

The Degree of Availability of Learning Organization Standards in the Public Secondary Schools in U.A.E. from the Perspective of Principals

Abstract:
The study aimed at determining the degree of availability of learning organization standards in the public secondary schools in U.A.E. from the perspective of principals, and the differences attributed to the variables of sex and experience.
The population of the study consisted of all principals in public secondary schools in U.A.E., with a total number of (180) male/female principals. The results showed that the degree of availability of learning organization standards in the public secondary schools in U.A.E was high. There were no significant differences attributed to the variable of sex, except in the field of encouraging dialogue in favor of females. Moreover, there were no significant differences attributed to the variable of experience, except in the organization field, in favor of more than 10- year experienced principals.
