ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف واقع البرامج التدريبية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في جامعة حائل وعلاقته بتنمية المهارات القيادية لديهم من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (315) عضو هيئة تدريس، اشتملت أداة الدراسة على محور واقع البرامج التدريبية ومحور تنمية المهارات القيادية. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق البرامج التدريبية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في جامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تنمية المهارات القيادية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في جامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين واقع البرامج التدريبية وبين تنمية المهارات القيادية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة.

The Reality of the Training Programs of the Heads of Departments at Hai’l University and its Relationship to the Development of Leadership Skills from the point of View of Faculty Members

Abstract:
The current study aimed to find out the reality of training programs for the heads of academic departments at the University of Hail and its relationship to developing their leadership skills from the viewpoint of the faculty members. The descriptive survey correlational methodology was used. The study sample included (315) faculty members, the study tool includeded two domains; the reality of training programs and leadership development domain. The results showed that the degree of application of training programs to the heads of academic departments at the University of Hail from the viewpoint of faculty members came with a high degree, The results also showed that the degree of leadership development among the heads of academic departments at the University of Hail from the viewpoint of faculty members came with a high degree, as well as the results showed a statistically significant correlation between the reality of the training programs and the development of leadership skills among the study sample subjects.
