ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن دور القيادة التربوية في تفعيل إستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في المكتبات الجامعية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تطوير إستبانة مكونة من (20) فقرة وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (700) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد تم توزيع (200) إستبانة على أفراد عينة الدراسة والذين تم إختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، وقد أُسترد (195) إستبانة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي بنسبة (97.5%). وقد استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية للإجابة عن أسئلتها. وأظهرت الدراسة مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور القيادة التربوية في تفعيل إستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي في المكتبات الجامعية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة، تم إقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: ضرورة إهتمام صُناع القرار والقادة التربويين في جامعة مؤتة بتطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي وتدريب العاملين وتطويرهم في المكتبة على إستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي بشكل أكثر فاعلية.

The Role of Educational Leadership in Activating the Use of Artificial Intelligence Applications in University Libraries from the Viewpoint of Faculty Members at Mutah University

Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the role of educational leadership in activating the use of applications of artificial intelligence in university libraries. To achieve the study objectives an analytical descriptive methodology was used, through developed a questionnaire, consisting of (20) items, its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study population consisted of (700) faculty members, a total of (200) questionnaires were distributed to randomly selected faculty members, and a total of (195) valid questionnaire was retrieved, which represented (97.5%) from the distributed questionnaires. The study used a range of statistical methods to answer its questions. The study reached many results, most important including that the perceptions of the study sample towards the role of educational leadership in activating the use of applications of artificial intelligence in university libraries came at a medium degree. In light of the study results, a set of recommendations were proposed, including: The need for decision makers and educational leaders at Mutah University to pay attention to the applications of artificial intelligence and to train and develop library staff to use AI applications more effectively.
