ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة تعرّف العوامل المؤثّرة في التحصيل الدراسيّ لطلبة الثانوية العامّة في مديريّة التربية والتعليم لقصبة عمّان من وجهة نظر المعلّمين، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (41) مدرسة. وبلغت عيّنة الدراسة (400) معلّم ومعلّمة للمرحلة الثانويّة. وتمّ تطوير أداة للدراسة مكوّنة من (15) فقرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ مستوى تقديرات أفراد عيّنة الدراسة ودرجة استجاباتهم على فقرات الاستبانة ككّل كانت بدرجة مرتفعة وبلغت ( 3.720)، وتبيّن وجود اختلاف في تقديرات المعلّمين في المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة تعزى لمتغيّر المؤهل العلميّ للمعلّم، وتبيّن عدم وجود اختلاف في تقديرات المعلّمين في المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة تعزى لمتغيّر سنوات الخبرة للمعلّم. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم بعقد برامج وأنشطة تتبنّى أساليب وأدوات حديثة تأخذ في الاعتبار تلك العوامل المؤثّرة في التحصيل الدراسيّ. وتأكيد أهميّة تزويد المعلّمين بالخطط اللازمة لمعرفة مدى تأثير العوامل على تحقيق أهداف المادّة الدراسيّة وانعكاسها على التحصيل الدراسيّ للطلبة.

The Factors Affecting the Academic Achievement of Public Secondary School Students in the Directorate of Education for Kasabaht Amman from Teachers’ point of View

Abstract:
The study aimed at finding out the factors affecting the academic achievement of public secondary school students in the directorate of education for kasabaht Amman from teachers’ point of view. The population of the study consisted of (41) schools. The study sample consisted of (400) male and female secondary school teachers. The study tool was developed. It consisted of (15) items. The study findings showed that the level of sample subjects estimates were high. The mean was (3.720). It was found that there were differences in teachers’ estimates in the problems that face students attributed to the academic qualification of teachers. While there were no significant difference in the problems that face students attributed to the experience of teachers. The study recommended the need for the Ministry of Education to establish programs and activities that adopt modern methods and tools that take into consideration those factors affecting academic achievement. And emphasizing the importance of providing teachers with the necessary plans to know the extent of the impact of these factors on achieving the objectives of the courses and its reflection on the academic achievement of students.
