ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية برنامج القيادة التعليمية في مديرية لواء قصبة إربد من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (165) مديراً ومديرة من مديري المدارس في مديرية لواء قصبة إربد تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم بناء استبانة تكونت من (33) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات مديري المدارس لدرجة فاعلية برنامج القيادة التعليمية في مديرية لواء قصبة إربد ككل بلغ (3.64) وبدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطات إجابات مديري المدارس على جميع مجالات درجة فاعلية برنامج القيادة التعليمية في مديرية لواء قصبة إربد والعلامة الكلية تبعاً لاختلاف متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي ومستوى المدرسة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الدراسة بتطوير وإثراء وتحسين مكونات برنامج القيادة التعليمية لرفع كفاءة مديري المدارس، وتوفير بيئة مناسبة للتدريب تحوي جميع الوسائل والأدوات والخدمات الضرورية.

The Effectiveness Degree of the Instructional Leadership Program in the Directorate of Education in Irbid Gasapa from School Principals’ point of view

Abstract:
The study aimed at finding out the effectiveness degree of instructional leadership program in the directorate of education in irbid gasapa from school principals’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (165) male and female principals from Irbid Gasapa directorate of education. They were chosen intentionally. The analytical descriptive methodology was used. A questionnaire was built to collect data. It consisted of (33) items. Its validity and reliability were assured. The results showed that the effectiveness degree of the unstructional leadership program in the directorate of education in Irbid was large. The mean was (3.64). There were no significant differences in the effectiveness degree of the instructional leadership program from school principals’ point of view according to sex, academic qualification and school level variables. In light of the results of the study, it was recommended to develop, enrich and improv the components of instructional leadership program to raise the efficiency of school principals, and provide an appropriate environment for training that includes all necessary tolls and services.
