ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحسين أداء المستشارين التربويين في المدارس العربية في منطقتي الجليل والنقب من وجهة نظرهم. وتكون أفراد الدراسة من (213) مستشاراً ومستشارة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال بناء استبانة اشتملت على (43) فقرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تحسين أداء المستشارين التربويين في المدارس العربية في منطقتي الجليل والنقب من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة كبيرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين متوسطات تقديرات المستشارين التربويين على مجالات الدراسة يعزى لاختلاف متغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائياً يعزى لاختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة، ولصالح 10 سنوات فأكثر.

The Role of School Administration in Improving the Performance of the Educational Counselors in Arabic Schools in Galilee and Negeb Regions

Abstract:
The study aimed to investigate the role of school administration in improving the Performance of the educational counselors work in Arabic schools in Galilee and Negeb regions. The study sample consisted of (213) educational counselors. The study followed the descriptive survey methodology by building a questionnaire consisted of (43) items. The study found that the role of school administration in improving the Performance of the educational counselors work in Arabic schools in Galilee and Negeb regions was large. Also there was no statistical significant difference in the role of school administration in improving the Performance of the educational counselors work in Arabic schools in Galilee and Negeb regions due to gender and academic qualification, and there were statistical significant differences according to the years of experience, in favor of 10 years and more.
