ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى مدربي الفئات العمرية في دوري المناصير الأردني لكرة القدم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(60) مدرباً، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي، إذ استخدم الباحثان مقياس الرضا الوظيفي،المكون من أربعة مجالات، وأظهرت النتائج أن الدرجة الكلية لمجالات الرضا الوظيفي لدى مدربي الفئات العمرية في دوري المناصير الأردني كانت متوسطة، وجاءت تلك المجالات مابين الدرجة المرتفعة والمنخفضة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في الرضا الوظيفي بين المدربين في كل من متغيري سنوات الخبرة، والدخل الشهري، ولصالح المدربين الأكثر خبرةً.

Job Satisfaction for Age Groups Coaches in the Jordanian Manaseer Football League

Abstract:
This study aimed at finding out the job satisfaction for age groups coaches in the Jordanian Manaseer football League. The study sample consisted of (60) coaches, who were selected by using purposive sample method. The descriptive methodology was used in this study.The researchers used the job satisfaction scale to collect data. The results of the study showed that the overall level of the job satisfaction fields among the coaches of the age groups in the Jordanian Manaseer Football League was Moderate. The fields of the scale came between high and low. The results also showed that there were significant differences in job satisfaction among coaches in both the years of experience and monthly income and in favor of the most experience and monthly income variables, in favor of more experienced coaches.
