ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة معلمي التربية الإسلامية، في تربية قصبة المفرق للكفايات التعليمية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين ومديري المدارس، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (28) فقرة، موزعة على ستة كفايات هي: كفايات التخطيط، كفايات تنفيذ الدرس، كفايات تقويم التدريس، الكفايات العلمية التخصصية، الكفايات الذاتية الشخصية، كفايات تنمية البيئة والمجتمع، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها وزعت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (85) مديراً ومديرة، و(12) مشرفاً ومشرفة، وقد قام الباحث باختيار المديرين بالطريقة العشوائية، أما اختيار المشرفين فقد تم بالطريقة القصدية.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة معلمي التربية الإسلامية للكفايات، في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، كانت مرتفعة في جميع المجالات، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة التوصيات التالية: إعادة النظر في الأساليب المتبعة في تنمية المعلمين مهنياً والتي تتبعها وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن، وضرورة تضمين مفهوم الجودة الشاملة في برامج إعداد وتدريب المعلمين.

The Degree of Islamic Education Teachers Practicing of Instructional Competencies according to the Total Quality Standards from the Supervisors and Principals perspectives in Al- Mafraq Directorate

Abstract:
This study aimed at investigating the degree of Islamic Education teachers practicing of instructional competencies according to the total quality standards from the supervisors and principals perspectives in Al- Mafraq Directorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed where its validity and reliability were assured. The questionnaire consisted of (49) items distributed into six copmpetencies: planning, teaching and learning, evaluation, scientific specialization, self-development and local society. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (85) male and female principals, and (12) supervisors. The sample of the principals was selected randomly; while the supervisors sample was selected purposfully.
The findings of the study revealed that the degree of Islamic Education teachers’ practice of instructional competencies in light of the overall quality standards was high. It was recommended to review the methods used in the development of teachers professionally followed by the Ministry of Education in Jordan and the need to include the concept of total quality in the preparation and training of teachers.
