ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استراتيجية دوائر الأدب في تنمية مهارات التحدث لدى طالبات الصف التاسع الأساسي، وتكوّن أفراد الدراسة من (69) طالبة ًمن طالبات الصف التاسع من مدرستين حكوميتين من مديرية تربية الجيزة في البادية الوسطى اخترن قصدياً، ووزعت شعبتا الدراسة عشوائياً بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة إلى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبّية وعددها (35) طالبةً دُرِّست موضوعات التحدث باستخدام استراتيجية دوائر الأدب، ومجموعة ضابطة وعددها (34) دُرَّست الموضوعات ذاتها باستخدام الاستراتيجية الاعتيادية، واُستخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أُعِدَّ اختبار التحدث وبطاقة الملاحظة لقياس مهارات التحدث المحددة في هذه الدراسة وهي: العرض، والتدليل، وإبداء الرأي، تم التأكد من صدق الاختبار وثباته، وبعد استخدام التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارات التحدث بين متوسطات علامات الطالبات أفراد الدراسة في كلًّ من المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) تُعزى إلى استخدام استراتيجية دوائر الأدب في التدريس.

The Effect of Literature Circles Strategy in Developing the Speaking Skills of the Ninth Grade Female Students

Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the effect of literature circles strategy in developing the speaking skills of the ninth grade female students. The study sample consisted of (69) female students of ninth grade from two governmental schools in Al-Jeza in the middle Bedouin Directorate. A purposeful sample was selected and distributed simply and randomly onto two groups: experimental group consisting of (35) female students who studied speaking subjects through using literature circle strategy, control group consisting of (34) female students who studied the same subject through traditional strategy. The researcher’s use Quasi Experimental Design. A speaking test and an observing card were designed to measure specific speaking skills in this study which are: presenting, fussing and giving opinion. Validity and reliability were confirmed for the test as well. The results showed that there were significant differences between the means of the female students scores in both experimental group and control group at significance level (α = 0.05) attributed to using the literature circles strategy in teaching.
