ملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس مستوى التعبير الانفعالي والتواصل الاجتماعي لدى عينة من الاطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في الأردن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمّ بناء أداة لقياس مستوى التعبير الانفعالي، والتي تكوّنت من ثلاثٍ وعشرين فقرةً موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد، هي: إدراك الانفعالات، واستخدام الانفعالات، وتنظيم الانفعالات، وتمّ بناء أداة لقياس مستوى التواصل الاجتماعي، إذ تكوّنت من ثمانٍ وعشرين فقرةً موزعة على أربعة أبعاد، هي: التواصل الاجتماعي، والتبادلية الاجتماعية، والادراك الاجتماعي، والتفاعل الاجتماعي وبعد استخراج دلالات الصدق والثبات للأداتين، تمّ التطبيق على عينة الدراسة؛ إذْ تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (30) حالة من الاطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد الملتحقين في مراكز التربية الخاصة. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنّ الاطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد اظهروا ضعفا في التعبير الانفعالي، والتواصل الاجتماعي. واوصت الدراسة بتفعيل نتائج تقييم مهارات التعبير الانفعالي والتواصل الاجتماعي، وضرورة تقديم البرامج المناسبة التي تعمل على تنمية التعبير الانفعالي والتواصل الاجتماعي.

The level of emotional expression and social communication among a sample of children with autism spectrum disorder in Jordan

Abstract:
The present study aimed to measure the level of emotional expression and social communication among a sample of children with autism spectrum disorder in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study, tools were developed to measure the level of emotional expression, which consisted of twenty-three items distributed in three dimensions, namely: Perceive emotions use emotions, and regulate emotions. A tool to measure the level of social communication was constructed. It consisted of twenty-eight items spread over four dimensions: social communication, social reciprocity, social cognition and social interaction. After extracting the indications of validity and reliability of the two tools, they were applied to the study sample. The sample of the study consisted of (30) cases of children with autism spectrum disorder enrolled in special education centers. The results of the study indicated that children with autism spectrum disorder faced difficulties related to emotional expression and social communication. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended activating the results of evaluation of emotional expression and social communication skills, as well as providing appropriate programs that develop emotional expression and social communication.
