ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في لواء بني عبيد في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر المديرين، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من(59) مديراً ومديرةً، تم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في لواء بني عبيد في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر المديرين جاءت بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية (α = 0.05) على جميع مجالات الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة على حسب متغير الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة.

The Role of Teachers of the basic stage in the BaniObaid Brigade in Reducing the Phenomenon of Electronic Bullying among Students from the Principals’ Point of View

Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the role of teachers of the basic stage in the Bani Obeid Brigade in reducing the phenomenon of electronic bullying among students from the point of view of principals. The descriptive survey methodology was used, the final sample of the study consisted of (59) male and female principals. The questionnaire was used as a tool for study its validity and reliability were assured after The results of the study showed that: The role of teachers of the basic stage in the Bani Obaid Brigade in reducing the phenomenon of Electronic bullying among students from the point of view of the principals came to a medium degree, and the results of the study revealed the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) All areas of electronic bullying should be reduced by sex, educational qualification and years of experience.
