ملخص:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرّف إلى واﻗﻊ إدارة اﻷزﻣﺎت الإدارية ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت الكويتية ﻟﻠﻌﺎم اﻟدراﺳﻲ 2018/2017 من وجهه نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها، وﻗد ﺑﻠﻐت عينة الدراسة 20 ﻋﻀو هيئة ﺗدرﯾس ﺗم اﺧﺘﯿﺎرهم ﺑﺎﻟطريقة العشوائية من بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذي شغلوا مناصب إدارية ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت اﻟﻜوﯾﺘﯿﺔ، وقد اعتمد اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺎن أﺳلوب المقابلة المقننة والمؤلفة من ثماني فقرات موزعة على ﻣﺠﺎﻟين: اﻟﻤﺠﺎل الأول ﻗبل حدوث اﻷزﻣﺔ واﻟﻤﺠﺎل اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ كيفية التعامل ﻣﻊ اﻷزﻣﺔ.
وقد أظهرت النتائج قصورا واضحا في التنبؤ بالأزمات قبل حدوثها وكذلك الحال في أساليب إدارة الأزمات والتعامل معها بعد حدوثها. كما أظهرت النتائج ضعف أو عدم وجود استراتيجية واضحة ومعلنه لإدارة الأزمات، وفي الحالات التي اعتقد فيها البعض وجود مثل هذه الاستراتيجيات أكدوا على أنها جاءت على شكل إجراءات عشوائية وبأسلوب ترقيعي لحل المشكلات بدلا من معالجة أساسها.
وفي ضوء هذه النتائج إقترح اﻟﺒﺎﺣﺜﺎن عددا من التوصيات والاقتراحات اﻟﺘﻲ يمكن من خلالها صياغة استراتيجيات مناسبة ﻹدارة اﻷزﻣﺎت الإدارية ﻓﻲ اﻟﺠﺎﻣﻌﺎت الكويتية.

The Reality of Administrative Crises Management in Kuwaiti Universities from the Point of View of Faculty Members

Abstract:
This study aimed at identifing the reality of administrative crisis management in the Kuwaiti universities for the academic year 2017/2018 from the point of view of the faculty members. The study sample consisted of 20 faculty members randomly selected from faculty members who held managerial positions in Kuwaiti universities. The researchers adopted a structured interview form that consisted of eight items divided into two domains: the first domain was before the occurance of the crisis and the second one was how to deal with the crisis.
The results showed clear shortcomings in the prediction of crises before they occur, as well as in the methods of managing crises and dealing with them after they occur. The results also showed weakness or lack of a clear strategy and declared crises management. In cases where some believed that such strategies existed, they emphasized that these strategies came in the form of random procedures and in a patchwork approach to solve the problems rather than to address them.
In light of these findings, the researchers proposed a number of recommendations and suggestions for formulating appropriate strategies for managing administrative crises in Kuwaiti universities.
