ملخص:
هدفت الدّراسة تعرُّف واقع التزام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسيّة بأخلاقيّات مهنة التّعليم في الجّامعات الحكوميّة بدولة الإمارات العربيّة المتّحدة من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين الإداريين ، والفروق التي تُعزى لمتغيّرات الجّنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة.
ويتكون مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع الأكاديميين الإداريين من مديري الجّامعات الحكوميّة والبالغ عددهم (200) أكاديمي إداري، وبلغ حجم العيّنة (150) أكاديمي إداري.
وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن التزام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسيّة في الجّامعات الحكوميّة في دولة الإمارات العربيّة المتّحدة بأخلاقيات مهنة التّعليم كان بدرجة متوسّطة، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة تُعزى لمتغيّر الجّنس ولصالح الذكور، إضافة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعزى لمتغيّر المؤهّل العلمي ولصالح حملة الدكتوراة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة تُعزى لمتغيّر الخبرة.

The Status Quo of Teaching Staff Members Commiement to Educational Ethics at the Public Universities in the U.A.E

Abstract:
The study aimed at identifying the status quo of teaching staff members commitment to educational ethics from the perspectives of the academic administrators in the UAE public universities and the differences that are attributed to the variables of the study.
The sample consisted of (150) academic administrators in public universities in UAE. The results showed that the teaching staff members of the public universities in the United Arab Emirates are committed to the ethics of the education profession was moderate. The results also showed that there were significant differences attributed to the variable of sex, in favor of maleسو and that there were significant differences attributed to the variable of Qualification, in favor of the PhD holders. Finally, there were no significant differences attributed to the variable of experience.
